I have lived in a Barrett Evans house since 2017 and I can honestly say it is my favorite house I’ve owned. The house has a small

footprint, 4700 sq ft or so but every single inch of the house has been meticulously thought out. I have four children and yet, each child had his/her own room and own bathroom. The modern accents starting w a beautiful white/grey marble fireplace that carries to the same marble in the kitchen is slick. Every bathroom has top of the line fixtures and sleek tiling.  All my light fixtures are unique, cool yet functional. My favorite part of my house is the stunning two story drop chandelier that hangs from the third floor down to the second floor in the stairwell. Makes me smile every day.

When I needed Barrett’ help with something in the house, even 3 or 4 years after purchase he was always responsive and helpful. We have had not a single large issue. When every house in my neighborhood was flooding during historic levels of rain, mine stayed perfect. I’d buy another home from Barrett because he stands by his work and does whatever I have asked. Rare to have your builder’s cell phone. Thats who he is!
